We, at LATCO INTERNATIONAL, take on the challenge of providing high quality organic and natural products while protecting the environment and fighting poverty in the communities where we participate.

MANAGEMENT

The Company was founded by Ray Ramiro Clavel. He has a Masters Degree in Management, International Business from Florida International University (FIU) and a Masters in Information Resource Management from The George Washington University (GWU). Before establishing Latco International, in his native Bolivia, Mr. Clavel had ten (10) years working experience in USA for the IT industry and four (4) years of experience in Management Consulting at Coopers & Lybrand in Tokyo Japan.

QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY POLICY

We, LATCO International, are a company committed to the production and export of organic and natural products of the highest quality.

Our fundamental principles include:

  • Comply with the requirements of quality, food safety, legal and regulatory requirements, and those agreed with customers.

  • Promote a culture of transparency and open communication at all levels of the organization, as well as with our suppliers, customers and stakeholders.

  • Ensure the competence of our staff related to food quality and safety.

  • Improve continuously the Quality and Food Safety Management System.

  • Foster a positive quality and food safety culture within the organization.

  • Implement a system for product loss management in the organization. A system to measure, monitor and reduce losses in all processes, from collection to shipment.
